EPIC’s ISO 9001 Certification is Renewed for a Seventh Year

Demonstrating the organization’s commitment to its customers, EPIC Global Solutions has been successfully re-certified for ISO 9001 for a seventh-consecutive year.

Following the standard compliance audit, we achieved an excellent result, with zero minor or major non-conformances – a near-perfect quality standard.

ISO 9001 is the world’s most widely recognized standard for Quality Management Systems (QMS). Published by the International Organization for Standardization, it provides a framework that helps organizations consistently deliver products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements while driving continual improvement. Certification demonstrates that a business has robust processes, effective risk management, strong customer focus, and a commitment to quality.

In an increasingly demanding business environment, certification provides independent assurance that quality is embedded throughout the organization, creating a foundation for sustainable growth, stronger customer relationships, and long-term commercial success.

EPIC also holds certification in another ISO standard, ISO 45003, which is the international standard for managing psychological health and safety at work.

This was awarded in 2025 in recognition of the strong policies and processes in place to support psychological safety and wellbeing across the organization, including provision of a safe and secure workplace through health and safety practices, ensuring robust Performance Development Reviews and guaranteeing regular check-ins between managers and their teams.
