Award Nominations Continue as EPIC Makes Vixio Shortlist

EPIC Global Solutions’ prolific run of award nominations has continued after being shortlisted for Vixio’s prestigious 2026 Global Regulatory Awards (GRAs).

Previously a successful event for EPIC, the latest nomination once again recognizes our breadth of service to player protection, having been shortlisted in the Responsible Gambling Service or Solution Provider of the Year category.

Regular nominees at the GRAs, EPIC were named as winners on both a collective and individual basis for three consecutive years, starting with the Responsible Gambling Service or Solution Provider of the Year in 2022, followed by Dan Spencer’s personal success in the Compliance Rising Star Special Award category a year later, and most recently, CEO Paul Buck’s receipt of the Outstanding Individual Contribution to Safer Gambling award two years ago.

Celebrating a ‘Decade of Diamonds’ at its tenth anniversary ceremony, the GRAs continue to recognize and honor the exceptional achievements of individuals, teams, and organizations across regulated industries that have demonstrated excellence in compliance, corporate social responsibility, and safer gambling.

This year’s awards feature 20 distinct categories, highlighting 175 finalists with more than 100 unique organizations represented. This year’s winners will be unveiled on 18th November 2026 at London’s historic Grand Connaught Rooms, the long-standing home of the Global Regulatory Awards.

“Congratulations to all of this year’s finalists. Achieving a place on the shortlist is no small feat, especially in our most competitive year yet,” said Christian Erlandson, Executive Chair & CEO of Vixio.

“Having attended the Global Regulatory Awards in previous years, before expanding my role to include CEO at the start of 2026, it is particularly exciting to witness the event’s remarkable growth. As we celebrate our special ‘Decade of Diamonds’ milestone, this year’s shortlist demonstrates just how seriously the industry takes compliance and safer gambling.”

Elsewhere, EPIC are also in contention to potentially win three other awards in the next two months. It was confirmed last week that the organization has been shortlisted in the ‘Best use of learning technologies to ensure compliance with external regulations or internal policies to manage organizational risk’ category at the Learning Technologies Awards, which will be hosted on 11th November and represents EPIC’s first success at that event.

The night before, we are also first time Lloyds British Business Excellence Awards finalists in the Purpose Beyond Profit Award section, recognizing our meaningful and measurable impact.

Before the trio of November ceremonies in London, EPIC will discover whether the shortlisting for the Socially Responsible Initiative of the Year at the SBC Awards in Lisbon will prove successful, with the event scheduled for 1st October. The organization also made the shortlist in the same category at the continental SBC events earlier in the year – SBC Awards Americas and SBC Awards Europe.
