‘Leveraging the Power of Data’ receives CPD accreditation
One of EPIC’s newest courses for gambling operators, ‘Leveraging the Power of Data’, is now CPD accredited.
Suitable for both face-to-face and remote delivery, this course was designed for colleagues working within the gambling industry to explore the benefits and challenges faced when analysing customer data. It has a central focus on enhancing the ways in which businesses can use customer data more effectively within customer interactions to prevent and mitigate gambling-related harm.
Among the many teams that have already undertaken the course are those working in KYC/player protection, AML/CDD, customer service, VIP/HVC/key accounts, compliance and safer gambling, and it is suitable for all tiers, including supervisors and managers.
The accreditation acknowledges that all of the above are successfully attaining the learning objectives, which include:
– Identify the benefits and challenges of data collection
– Explore the role of data within the customer journey
– Build accountability through the power of communication
– Recognise behavioural trends through data
