Kaizen Gaming sign up for a third year of safer gambling with EPIC

EPIC Global Solutions and Kaizen Gaming have agreed to extend their successful safer gambling partnership for a third year, continuing their shared commitment to strengthening player protection and responsible gaming practices.

The relationship began in 2024, with EPIC delivering safer gambling training to Kaizen Gaming employees across multiple international markets.

Drawing on EPIC’s experience-powered approach to preventing problematic play, the partnership has combined training and workshops with consultancy designed to support Kaizen Gaming’s safer gaming strategy and customer interactions. Feedback during the first year saw participant satisfaction exceed 90%, with employees particularly valuing the real-world insights and practical guidance provided by EPIC’s facilitators.

The partnership has subsequently expanded to support a wider range of teams, incorporating training-needs assessment, online education, evaluation and strategic consultancy in market-specific projects, including the update of the operator’s RG guides in Denmark, alongside work to embed safer gaming learning within employees’ ongoing development.

The third year will build on that progress, with EPIC continuing to provide training, consultancy and strategic support to Kaizen Gaming teams internationally, helping to further embed safer gambling knowledge and effective player protection practices across the organisation.

Ismini Nasaina, head of responsible gaming at Kaizen Gaming, stated: “Responsible gaming is most effective when it is embedded in a company’s culture, products, and customer support, rather than treated solely as a compliance obligation. At Kaizen Gaming, our partnership with EPIC has strengthened this commitment by equipping our teams with practical skills and insights to better support our players. Through training and powerful personal stories shared by EPIC’s lived experience team, we have also deepened awareness and understanding across our organisation. As we enter our third year together, we look forward to building on this progress and transforming these insights into even stronger player protection.”

Jenna Lothammer, senior consultant, EPIC Global Solutions, said: “Over the course of our partnership, we’ve worked closely together to develop and deliver programmes that have not only increased awareness of potential gambling related harm, but also equipped people with the knowledge, confidence and practical tools to have truly impactful interactions. We’ve strengthened prevention efforts, supported earlier intervention and helped create a more informed and responsible approach across the organisation.

“This extension reflects the value of what we’ve achieved together and our shared commitment to continuing that positive impact and Kaizen’s passion for continuous improvement. They can rightly be considered to be among the leading global operators for player protection standards.”
