EPIC Global Solutions announces the passing of chair and lead investor Mark Fuller

EPIC Global Solutions is deeply saddened to announce that our chair and lead investor, Mark Fuller, passed away peacefully on Sunday morning following a year-long illness. Our thoughts are with his wife Geraldine, his son Sebastian, and his wider family.

Mark played a pivotal role in EPIC’s history and success. As the earliest supporter of CEO and founder Paul Buck in 2013, he was instrumental in transforming EPIC from an idea into a leading global consultancy. His strategic insight, guidance and belief in EPIC’s mission shaped the organisation we are today.

Beyond his role as chair, Mark co-founded the EPIC Restart Foundation, helping individuals rebuild their lives after gambling harm. His commitment to supporting people and driving social impact has left a lasting legacy across both organisations.

To honour his contribution, EPIC Global Solutions will introduce the Mark Fuller Outstanding Contribution Award, recognising annually a team member who exemplifies EPIC’s values and goes above and beyond in their work. Geraldine Fuller will participate in the selection of each year’s recipient.

Mark’s passing is a significant loss to EPIC. We will continue to build on the foundations he helped create and remain committed to advancing our mission in a way that reflects his integrity, leadership and belief in the positive impact EPIC can make.
