Activity Report 2024/25 – Education: “One of the highlights of our Rookie Camp”

Across consultancy, training, and education, EPIC’s integrated
model combines lived experience, data insight, and behavioural
science to create measurable and lasting impact.

The education model, successfully embedded into the culture of leading sports organizations globally, has been a regular component of Rugby Players Ireland’s annual rookie camp (delivered in partnership with the IRFU), and supported by EPIC and RPI’s mutual relationship with the European Athletes and Players Association. Here, we discover how it engenders genuine behavioural change in aspiring athletes and their relationship with gambling, and why EPIC’s contribution is now an annual prerequisite of the event.
