Research shows that college students are at a significantly increased risk of experiencing gambling related harm which can often then jeopardize their future, their finances, and their friendships. As college students, we’re all surrounded by the growing culture of sports betting, online gambling, and peer pressure to take risks.
Greek life is about leadership, integrity, and pushing each other to be better. EPIC’s programs, led by experts with real-life experience, give students the tools to recognize gambling risks and protect themselves and their brothers and sisters. Over 70,000 student-athletes and coaches across 71 NCAA conferences have already benefited from EPIC’s education sessions with 97% of them rating the sessions an 8, 9, or 10 out of 10.
Stronger chapters start with smarter choices!
Last year, 27% of Power Five schools faced gambling-related issues involving athletes or staff. These risks don’t just affect individuals—they impact entire communities, including Greek life. Responsible chapters, just like responsible schools, need to take action before it’s too late.
