EPIC’s influence extends beyond programme delivery — we actively shape the global dialogue on gambling harm prevention, policy innovation, and industry responsibility. Across international forums and media platforms, our leaders are trusted voices guiding how regulators, operators, and sporting bodies collaborate to create safer gambling environments.

In 2025, EPIC took centre stage at two of the world’s most high-profile policy gatherings – the Better Gambling Forum (an initiative of the Brain Capital Alliance at the UN Brain Economy Summit, held in parallel with the 80th UN General Assembly) and the G7 Canada Brain Economy Summit, linked to the G7 meeting of world leaders in Calgary – alongside other international and sector-specific forums.

At Manchester United’s Old Trafford stadium, EPIC’s Marc Williams outlined the undeniable link between gambling and wellbeing for an audience of professionals seeking to make Manchester a ‘Stay Well’ city during UCFB and Stay Well’s ‘Winning Together: Transforming Culture Through Sport’ conference.
